PG电子APP strives to provide an environment free from all forms of sexual misconduct to all of its community members. Sexual misconduct includes dating violence, 国内的攻击, 家庭暴力, 强奸, 性侵犯, 性骚扰, 和被人跟踪. All forms of sexual misconduct are violations of the College’s policy and will not be tolerated.

What to Do if 不正当的性行为 Occurs

  • If you feel any threat to your safety, go to a safe place – to the residence of a family member or a friend or to a public place. All Omaha fire stations serve as a “safe house” for immediate protection prior to police arrival.
  • 联系 an advocate from the Women’s Center for Advancement at 402.345.6555(周一至周五8点.m. - 5 p.m.) or 402.345.7273 (24-hour hotline); the advocate will talk with you about what’s happened and provide you with support and resources.
  • Consider seeking medical attention for treatment of any injury or trauma and to properly preserve evidence in case you decide to pursue legal charges.
  • Make an appointment with the counselor on campus, 402.552.2694, a counsel或在 Arbor Family Counseling, 1.800.922.7379, or with another counselor.

Report the Incident of 不正当的性行为

The College strongly encourages you to report any incident as soon as possible, even if you are unsure whether or not you will pursue criminal charges. 这是你的决定, 然而, whether or not to file a College report and/or to pursue criminal charges. Please contact the 第九条 Coordinator, Pauline Laughlin at 402.552.6298 或在 titleixcoordinator@553092.com to report the incident and/or to discuss these options further. You can also make your report online by completing the 不正当的性行为 Reporting Form. To report the incident to law enforcement, please call the police department at 911. If you have questions to ask of the Omaha Police Department, please call the Domestic Violence Squad at 402.444.5825.

If you disclose an incident of sexual misconduct: If you disclose an incident of sexual misconduct to any College employee, that employee is required to report the incident to the 第九条 Coordinator. The 第九条 Coordinator will honor, to the greatest extent possible, your request for confidentiality; 然而, this cannot be guaranteed when your safety or the safety of others is of concern.
